Maybe we can get UGA's S&C coach to come down. They were trying to get rid of him to get Scott Cochran from Alabama. Maybe the guy feels slighted and comes to warmer climates. Don't think it would be likely, but a great hire.

Last year was Hocke's first year with the program. He was a long time assistant to Cochran at Alabama. They made a lot of changes to their program last season.

Hocke hasn't done a bad job....actually, the folks up there want him to stay. But I would feel some type of way if the new coach didn't want me there

This ^ with how much Saban just agreed to pay Cochran for him to stay instead of jumping to Georgia just goes to show how important strength and Conditioning is to a program and it's exactly why swasey needs to leave

We have performed so far below our talent level that everyone can be fired without objection so I have no issue with Swasey getting axed. We certainly did not control LOS on either side in a long long time. I want the right guy for Miami and the type of player we get and want. I do not have the knowledge to know who that is. Bama seems huge to me but not so much fast. Is that what we need? It seems to me that we were the best "conditioned" team in the old days, but not necessarily the biggest or strongest.
