I'm not a Newman guy. He was under 50% passing 4 times this year, under 60% 6 times.

He padded his stats against Utah St, Rice and Elon.
- 11 of his 25 passing TDs and 1,066 of his 2868 passing yards came in those 3 games.
- in this other 9 games? 1804 passing yards and 15 TDs.

**** I guess I should’ve dove in a little deeper that is a little concerning.

Still better than what we have though imo. Just not gonna go ahead and buy my tickets to Charlotte

Haha - better than what we have after this year isn't difficult.

In that offense though, he should be putting up better numbers.

His offensive system would work in Miami. I would love to see a track meet as opposed to the sluggish Penos offense.

Get the right position coaches around him and it could work.
I dont understand why manny wants more position coaches on defense than on offense when its age in this age offense is more important.
 
Word is they interviewed him but they are looking at other people still. Like Paul Johnson or someone else who likes the wishbone. They will keep in touch though.....lol

Because Diaz believes his defense is the overriding factor to winning ball games and what not. Chit, do U remember his post game chat after the Carolina Blue lost. I doubt he hires someone as OC that has been a P5 head coach before. If he does that he will be paranoid someone would think he should replace him as coach. I expect someone like Ponce or someone like guy from Arky State
