Mark Fletcher Incident

Going into the game, all we heard was how disciplined Indiana is. And yet, when I saw them in person last night, what I saw was a bunch of ******** who play dirty as soon as the plays are over and then whine and ***** when things don’t go their way. A lot of it was done behind the refs’ backs, but a lot of it wasn’t. It was gross. We were shocked because it felt like we were playing Ohio State again.

And apparently they wanted targeting in the first quarter? I have no idea what they are talking about and where I was sitting was split Miami and Indiana fans and no one around us had any idea either.

Yeah when Thomas hit Mendoza on a RPO….Mendoza was acting like he still had the ball & was a rushing threat— at first the TV ref said it was unnecessary roughness/late hit then he called it targeting lmao

Just 🐂 💩 all night from the commentators, mostly Fowler & the tv ref

I just wouldn’t have given what was said. I would’ve taken my helmet to him. If not to his head to his knee. I’d try to cripple him if he said what that piece of trash said to Fletcher. I would’ve tried to end his ability to walk on a field again and I don’t care who doesn’t like it.

Nah, you don't give the person saying **** that kind of power over you. You'll hear all kinds of crap on the field and if they know it gets to you, they'll keep doing it. Knowing how this went down, I can promise you other opponents will try to get him with it again.

This is a lesson he knows and was likely an emotional reaction to everything after. Good young man, made a mistake, other dude is an *******, and time moves on.

🤣🤣🤣

And that’s exactly why I avoid watching games on the main network if I can. The ACC Network broadcast is so much better.

Thomas’s hit on Mendoza probably. People don’t know the rule book. Once Mendoza gave up the ball and carried out a fake he gave himself up. Really not smart to just run up to a defender. Wouldn’t be targeting because he’s not a ball carrier/receiver or defenseless player per the rules.

I can’t stand stuff like this man. Don’t look at reddit CFB page. It’s disgusting the things being said about Fletch. How people can be so cruel, Jesus man, sad
Yeah i hate those mfs.

Buncha lame mfs regurgitating the same 🐂 💩 over & over again, same weak jokes, same tired ol tropes.

I rewatched that play in both the regular cast and the sky cast. The skycast shows it better but neither shows you a great view of it. He definitely is on Fletcher, holding him down after the play and Fletcher is calling the refs to get him off and then guys makes some weird move on top of Fletch that ****es Mark off. Mark gets up and is holding his balls. Then he complains to all of the refs while he standing there holding his balls. That dude definitely pulled some dirty **** there, purposely grabs a hold of him after the play and hold him down and then knees him in the balls. If he did this and also talked **** about his dad we all need to fight this mfn b.

Im not saying you’re wrong but that’s what 20 year old me would’ve done. I 110% would’ve walked away and then ambushed him after the game.

That’s why I hate the announcers and “rules analyst” bs. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve looked up the rule during a game and they have been completely wrong, yet they are supposedly educating the country as the so-called experts. 😒

This reflects their psycho coach. He's a smug douche who showed his true colors last night.

CFB karma is coming for that weird m'fer and his team.

if that is true and this freaking ****head is still playing for Indiana I would take multiple 15 yard penalties going after him. and i hope someone finds him somewhere and gives him the business. NEVER EVER talk about someone's diseased parents or children. That is room for a world class beating

sad when the tv ref confirms nonsense then they ignore so much on IU’s part. What Cig did at halftime ****ed me the tf off…..whining about the refs
Perfect coach for a stupid fanbase. They booed like crazy every single time Michael Irvin’s name was mentioned, and twice on my trip I’ve overheard Indiana fans just ****talking Irvin because they just hate him. No good reason, they just hate him. Bunch of racists. I swear I’ve never seen so many white people in my life and I am white! It was kind of jarring. I don’t see a single IU fan that wasn’t white. Not sure if they allow non-whites there.
