I know we still have several games left and I know we always say how certain kids will be missed when they are gone, but this dude's impact on this team the past 2 years has been huge, on and off the field.

I said it last year and I will say again, if anyone deserves to win a title it's him.

Mark, Cam and Mali are the 3 examples of why I no longer have an opinion on who is worth the hassle in recruiting because I remember the chatter surrounding all three at some point about “Mario needing to move on they not being worth the pursuit and attention given to them.”

I have total faith in MC’s eye when it comes to talent and if he’s willing to be all in on a kid being here then I’m 🤐.

He’s earned that respect from me.

I am a 65 year old white man, class of 83 and I want to be more like Mark Fletcher. Big Mark (RIP) and Mama Fetch must be amazing people.

Did you notice in D$’s hype video, when they were at the table interviewing Mark after the IU game, his eyes were just lifeless. This U means so much to that young man.

Kid is a winner in all facets of life.

All timer here. The program was dead. It’s easy to act like where we’re at is inevitable but I dont think that’s true at all. Year 1 with Mario was a disaster. There was 0 proof of concept that we had any clue what we were doing in those kids lifetime. Year 2 we had GT and were bad and it would have been easy for people to jump ship. The regime was wobblier than we care to admit in hindsight.

Bain, Fletcher, Cooper, Mauigoa, and Wes got the program on base. It wasn’t a given. They were the base that made it possible.

Yes I did and that is the same look the Canes of old had in their eyes after a big loss. The U burns in his guts.

He’s a natural leader and you can see how much he loves the U. His performance against Texas A&M last year will always be remembered. Can’t wait to watch him bulldoze through some Noles on Saturday

easily our MVP of last years playoff run, even if he doesn’t have another carry, he’s an all timer off the strength of that alone:
-won us the TAMU game
-set the tone in the Ohio State game by running over Sonny Styles in the first drive, showed we were the more physical team
-we were lifeless against IU until his long TD run in the second half
