To lose his **** the next time he appears before the media or in front of a camera. Show a ton of fire and essentially literally scream how this is a travesty and a disgrace and it's ALL on him and how nothing like this will EVER happen again as long as he's still walking this Earth.

It's the only p-r move right now and really the only tone and tenor he should emote publicly and have behind closed doors anyway.

If he comes out and gives a little Al Golden mixed with Manny Diaz corchspeak then he fully deserves incessant incoming from us, our rivals, the national media, etc.

Blah, Blah, Blah...

Same ****, same excuses by the organization. This is a 20 year nightmare I can't wake up from. What fan base cursed us and can they PLEASE lift the curse.

We don’t need further public proof that our program is a cluster and we don’t need an emotional empty promise sound bite playing over and over on national media. You honestly think nothing like this will ever happen again?

If I’m Mario, these next two weeks will be the hardest, most physical, grueling practices/conditioning these kids have ever seen. Weed the Divas out.
It’s behind the scenes in coaching meeting rooms that holds the key. These schemes are broken and only the coaching staff can fix that and make the immediate adjustments of benching non performers.

He should…

1. Be the only point of media contact. No more assistant coach and player interviews.
2. Reshuffle starting lineup. Garcia at QB, primarily. Arroyo over Mallory. More Skinner. Less Redding.

Yes. This. Zero comes from ranting and raving at a presser.

And yes to soul-searching the offensive philosophy as he need to figure out a way to win with what he has, opposed to only focusing on a long-term vision.

The long-term timeline gets pushed out if he can't find a way to win in a weak ACC in 2022.

face facts .... this team and coaching staff are a big giant CUSTER FLUCK !

there are NO LEADERS, NO HEART, NO FIRE ..... and sure as **** there is NO DOG in anyone on this team !
I don't know if you guys' experience this but at the beginning of the game when the camera is ground level near the tunnel and you get a players perspective running through the smoke and seeing the stadium, and then you see our guys lacking energy to come out and play all 4 quarters of hard, physical, skull-crushing football. Doesn't that **** baffle you? I'm thinking these young men have probably spent their entire youth on grass and in pads competing to be accepted into the college football fold. Spent summer after summer watching your diet, working out religiously, busting your *** in practice only to then come out of the tunnel 12 weekends a year lacking energy and enthusiasm. You need a coach to rub your **** to get you up? How about coming out to play a game you've spent your life dedicated to being enough to get your juiced. Literally why the **** are you here milling about on the sideline?

Everyone always says, "...but it's the coaches job...". Where is that fire in the player to get out there and lay wood? It's football and you've been gifted a genetic lottery to participate in it. Get juiced up yourself.

Yes.

Motivation starts with oneself.
