Mario with Joe Z on WQAM

Thanks for posting. Sounds like he learned a lot while at Bama mentioned their recruiting and famous 4th quarter program(training) for those who may not know. The 4th quarter program is a staple of Saban and his off season program and it’s all about building monsters that make other teams quit come the end of the game.

Also mentioned have a national footprint with recruiting and boots in the ground since being in a few different stops.

I try not to get to hype over interviews but man he says the right things. First words out of his mouth is about hard work. This dude eats, sleeps breathes football and is relentless.

So much bette than that **** we had to deal with the last 3 years .

Can’t wait to attend some games next year!

These 2 did this with Golden and Manny and were exactly the same. There is nothing objective about Joe and Don.

Also please don't utter the words State of Miami...... It is not 198fuucing3 DBJ. Stop trying to re create the 19080's , it will not happen

Very rarely get into coach speak but this I enjoyed. Loved at the end talking about hard rock being great when fans are making it rock. He mentioned the team has to do their part to make it that way.

Not meaning to beat a dead Diaz horse but...
I am in awe how Mario articulates his vision for the U and how he plans to resurrect the program. Wow-wow!
The difference is I believe when Mario speaks. With Díaz, it didn’t feel genuine. He’s very calculated. He’s telling us what he knows we want to hear rather than what he really feels. God gave me a 6th sense and I can pinpoint a bull**** artist. Mario is real.

Exactly.

man, i know talk is talk. especially after diaz, talk is JUST talk lol. but you really do get the sense that coming back here truly means something to him, and that's pretty special.
He embodies everything positive about being ‘a miami guy’. Again, you get the sense of his genuineness, and fact that nobody will outwork him, or his team.
