While at bama he was responsible for getting Cam Robinson, Alex Leatherwood, and Jonah Williams. Robinson went 2nd round while other two went first round. We know what happened with Penei Sewell. We hear all this outside noise about why Cantwell chose us, this is why. Looks like people don’t respect what Mario is doing. Go Canes!!

up next?
Francis Mauigoa

Also Mario was only one of two coaches to have 3 consecutive top 10 picks in the draft:

Justin Herbert-20
Penei Sewell-21
Kayvon Thibodeaux-22

Had the #1 overall pick with Cam Ward this year and could potentially see Carson Beck and Francis Mauigoa go first round as well.

Mario is a first round machine

Thought this was another letter to Jessica

If he wins the ACC, we should send his wife a beautiful bouquet of flowers on behalf of all the fans who appreciate her efforts holding down the homestead...

Does the “they are 5* freaks, you don’t get credit for development” rule apply to us too? 👀

No.

If they go high, they would have gone high if Danny Boy Cane coached them.

If they don't, then our coaches are the clinical definition of ******* losers and couldn't develop a potted plant.

Wouldn’t be shocked to see bell go first round too

What happened to you bro?

I’m not sure how to answer that? Nothing “happened”. If anything, results on the field “happened” and posters who aren’t objective (who my last post is targeted to) “happened”. Is my question not a fair one?

It’s a legitimate question.
For days leading up to the Cantwell commitment, we saw a few CIS members say that Kirby/UGA don’t really get credit for guys like Mims, Broderick Jones, Andrew Thomas, and Isaiah Wilson because they came in as 5* and didn’t need development. So my question is to them, does the same apply to Mario for Mauigoa, Cam Robinson, Jonah Williams, and Leatherwood? I think it’s a fair question, do you agree or disagree?

Yes I would say so, I believe the variance should be whether they perform well after they leave for the league

I’ve always maintained Idgaf what they do in the league, it’s the CFB coaches job to get them there. After that, its no longer on them, so I don’t agree with that.

BUT

I do think it’s a case by case basis that requires some deeper analysis that most are too lazy and aren’t objective enough to do. JMO

I’m half joking with you. You used to be so positive going back to the RCT days. I hope this team gives you back your joy that you deserve. I think we’re closer than we were back then.
