We went from a politician with a lisp to an everyday, get up in the morning and go grind, genuine dude. The difference is palatable.

At the 26:10 mark when he said, “****, I didn’t know I could do that”, after having spoken well in Spanish, showed how real our new HC is. Very relaxed and confident in his demeanor, as opposed to the last guy that always seemed nervous and spun everything.

Exactly. While listening to this I couldn't help but imagine how different the pre game and half time speeches will be. Let alone, the in game coaching.
