Jimmy's and Joe's are at the core. But will the kids consistently commit and remain at a program that doesn't have top notch coaches, too?

Saban, Riley, Dabo and Aranda. Those HCs and their staffs made the cycle virtual. Give a guy like Coker or Manny quality players, and they have some success early on but can't replenish because no one respects them as coaches.

Mario brings the total package. Rock star hires across the board as position coaches, analysts and support staff.

Diaz base of trash was because his evals. So imo no matter what he drew on the board wasn't going to work. U can draw tricks and routes but when u can block for the QB it's all for nothing. When u face similar talent in the trenches the game becomes close and u fall apart. All our previous coaches could not recruit and that = losses. We got alot of recruiters for a reason. Time to start attacking the trail with this upcoming class that will be the base to us getting elite again in 3-4 years.
