People fall into one of two camps:
  • Bench TVD, Start Garcia. No going back, barring injury. Likely TVD transfers.
  • Start TVD. We watch him sink or swim out there. If TVD swims, ride out. If he sinks, end the TVD project and start Garcia going forward. TVD transfers.
People are going to be critical of this decision either way depending on your choice camp. I think you give TVD one more chance at this so you can go back to the locker room and tell everyone that we need a change of leadership. You gave opportunities for it to work out and it did not--and your conscious is clear in the decision to move on from TVD.
