Mario on Joe Rose 9/26

Man, if he had been in there this week, I would've done the same thing I did last week. I would've missed it.

Why do people even bother listening to post game interviews? Let me know when a coach or player answers a tough question. In the unlikely event one is lobbed their way, they dance all around it with an ambiguous response that answers nothing. They'll drop their used and tired catch phrases.

All people do is rip them for whatever they say. There is no insight or revelations that address the problems at hand. They are flat out a waste of time these days. 20 to 30 years ago, reporters used to ask the tough questions. As people have gone soft and they're worried about press credentials, real sports reporting is almost non-existent. New York used to be brutal, I wonder if they still are.

Sorry, he looks like a GIANT puzzi for bailing. He needs to answer to the fans about an absolutely embarrassing display by his team. He had the team show up flat, coRched the **** out if them and was late making the change at QB, all of that is on HIM and he needs to face it.

Well I assume there is a good reason for missing. Hopefully he is rallying the troops, circling the wagons, bringing the family in tighter. The situation evolving right now will tell us everything we need to know about Mario and his staff. The thing is it is so hard to do with 18-22 years old kids.

There needs to be maximum effort from here on out. I'm not judging the rest of the season on wins. It is not looking good as of right now. The pass plays we gave up on Saturday? Unheard of. Were we trying? We cant be that bad.

Something sinister is taking place here

Joe Rose addressed it in the 8 oclock hour. I'm paraphrasing but there was no mention of a bye week being the reason. Pretty much said "many of you have been texting and noticed that Mario was not with us this morning and there's not really much else to say about it" and quickly moved back to Phins talk.
IF this is true, AWFUL, AWFUL look for program.

Maybe they moved up meetings in preparation for losing some time later due to this storm?????

Would that be a justifiable reason or all it took was 20 mins or he could have at least gave everyone a courtesy call?

Lmao at any ****** porster trying to whitewash this as not a deal. Excuses excuses excuses.

I’ll eat crow if there has been some sort of tragedy that occurred other than the public execution of our season on Saturday.

What do you guys want him to say? He already did his post game press conference.

We all saw that ****. No need to tell us about it, Go fix it.

Some of you are pathetic weasels looking to beat him while he’s down. I question the level of Hurricane fandom and instead view some of you now as just people who like to complain about every single little flaw you see.

Who gives a flying f^ck about a Monday interview with Joe Rose lol.

This x 1,000,000

What do you want to hear him say? lol

I rather him skip interviews and get back to fcuking work fixing this disaster.

If there's 1 thing I don't question about Mario it's his work ethic. **** a stupid radio interview

Lmfao. Those 20 minutes are going to make a difference. Maybe the players should skip class and focus on football this week. How about that? Think Corch Mario and staph would go for that?

?? What we want him to say..is...what in the fvck is he doing to fix the very obvious issues with the team. He needs to explain his thinking on what took so ******* long to bench TVD. Basically, he needs to answer not about what went wrong, but what is being done to fix it so that the players and recruits don't bail on the team. Jesus, now I see how beaten wives stay with their abusers.

Doing a radio interview does nothing to help our team get better.

20 minutes. 10 minutes. It could be 3 minutes. If it's time spent getting us better I prefer he do that.

I don't care what dude has to say at this point lol

Get to work on fixing this BS!

i personally would like to know why he waited so long to take TVD out of the game. Where was the urgency on his part. Is that a hard question?
The absolute last chance should have been giving TVD the opening drive 3Q; we got the ball first and it could have been one last opportunity to take control of this offense and cut the lead to 10 or 7. He gave him another drive after that initial punt…that I don’t understand.

Personally would have rolled with Jake to start the half, as we saw the burst of energy from both the crowd and the players when he came in.

It’s the f’ing prcinple. You make a commitment to do something, you follow through with it. This is the foundation of what this guy tries to be. How you do anything bul****. it’s no wonder the team folded already.

Is it a big deal? Idk maybe I guess. Depends on how you ask.

Do I give a ****? No I personally do not care. As long as you figure out a way to salvage the season (8 wins ideally) and show improvement then this an absolute nothing burger.

If you can’t figure out a way to fix our mess then maybe this is just another one of the early red flags we’ve seen so far.

Hopefully there’s a legit reason for missing , it’s a bad look to not show after an *** whipping. He doesn’t owe us anything but it’s a weekly segment that our coaches have always made themselves available for.
The reason is he is busy retooling the offense. Or searching for his next coordinator
