The system itself is also very basic and doesn’t put a ton of stress on the defense.

Yup. Michigan fans were ready to fire him. Took him 3 or so years if I’m remembering correctly. Same at Stanford. Took some years but then he dominated.

I think we'd be sitting at one loss right now (UNC) if Cristobal had played Williams when TVD turned into a turnover machine starting at GT. Would not have taken years to win 10 games. Easily could have been accomplished this season. The problem is you can't play conservative football when you have a QB that is constantly giving the ball to the opponent on your side of the field and we're not built for scoring quickly if we're down a bunch.

So elite....200+ yards rushing. michigan thinks so little of dIAZ they are just shoving their **** down his throat. Only 8 passes

Franklin essentially has PSU as a 10-2 program that loses to the two top tier programs ahead of them every year.

There’s nothing really wrong with that.

The problem is their offense just never seems to turn the corner. Every year it’s the same game.
It would be one thing if PSU was just out talented every year by OSU or UM. That would be understandable. But the offensive scheme just sucks every year.
