Mario wants to focus on recruiting until the ESD - he has had some discussions with the candidates for his staff but he'll complete the process THOROUGHLY right after ESD. Don't worry, he'll put together a fantastic staff regardless.

Some of the Oregon guys might be after the bowl. There’s a chance some more are coming. Not sure how they’ll handle that, but it’s common for schools to wait until signing day is over before coaches leave for other jobs. Oregon coaches are coaching the bowl.

Just because we as fans aren’t being told doesn’t mean recruits won’t be and just asked to keep it quiet . It sounds like recruits knew TRob was staying before it was confirmed by ppl on here . That wasn’t formally announced tho . Matter of fact has the school or Mario even come out and straight up announced any of these guys we already know are coming like Mirabol and McClendon ?

I don't understand why HC Super Mario just doesn't conduct his staff meetings on CIS. We have input for EVERY program decision.

Great. Hate to quote Saban but I think Mario learned from him to have that mindset that Miami won't be for everyone. If you don't plan on working extremely hard in all facets then this ain't the place for you!
