He has lost this team now. His only chance is

Fire Gattis. Let Ponce run the O, can it get any worse?,, players that consistently fumble and shoulder tackle should sit a few games until in practice they prove different if ever. Players need to see he won't tolerate losing and they need to see him remove both players and coaches from the game.

Yep, drastic steps needed, but I don’t see any changes before the end of the season. But I’d like someone to ask Mario at his press conference how he explains Duke being 3-9 last year, replacing their coaching staff, and Miami doing the same thing and us getting not just beat, but humiliated!!
 
You guys act like his main concern is this season and these players... I can assure you. Its not. He has a big contract.

I would bet anything he trusts the coaches and their previous results over the players. He likely thinks most of the roster are not Miami caliber players. When he see the guys he has brought in vs the guys he took on it likely validates this as well.

He also knows he is doing about as bad as you can do with the roster as is.

I could see coaches leaving but mostly because they see how difficult the task is ahead of them and that's not how they saw it when they signed up.
 
You guys act like Ponce isn't apart of the problem. Then again you guys are bat**** crazy.
