What a leader! Nobody does this type of stuff. My cliff notes:
- very tough decision, he built Oregon back into the CFP conversation and leaving Oregon was tough.
- left Oregon in a great spot with tons of young talent.
- all about work.
- gives 100% at everything and was all in for every minute at Oregon.
- the interviewer asked if this was the only job he would have left Oregon for, Coach Cristobal declined to comment but my guess is yes.
- again, all about work.
