Why did he let Guidry go?
Why did he let position coaches go?

Why not just ride it out with those coaches and build the staff and team together? He has a 10 year deal so he's not getting fire

The simple answer is checks and balances. Unchecked power is dangerous to say the least. I've seen people in my life professionally be given power and influence and abuse it and not get punished and do it again. Like I said does Mario self evaluate. Does Mario care about being a better coach. Does Mario have checks and balances. Have we seen enough of Mario in four years to know what to expect from a Mario Cristobal built and ran team? Do you have faith that Mario can and will win the acc and get Miami to the playoffs?

Answer: “ I don’t know about correcting. Our run game is what it is. We need to execute it better…part of it is they were stacking the box using a bear front but ultimately that doesn’t matter. We need to be able to run the ball effectively.”

McCoy? lol that guy is terrible. He is the weak link. He gets hyped up by the staff but he hasn’t performed to that level. Just because guys make it to the nfl won’t make it generational. We had that before with Linder, feliciano, and etc and those o-lines were good but not generational

So you don’t think McCoy is an NFL lineman, ok.

How many guys do you think play in the NFL? Making an NFL roster and staying there is an insane accomplishment.

Also- that quote came from Dawson. He's a pretty straight shooter, but coaches (especially Mario's staff) usually have a message they wish to stick to. There's a public version of that message and a private version of that message.

It's ridiculous to see all the hysterics over what was said in a presser. Talk is cheap; the perfect response to a reporter gets the team absolutely nothing. Judge the staff on what we see in weeks to come.

He's been here for 4 years and has been doing the same 'tard **** the entire time. This is who he is. There's not some double secret probation version of Mario Cristobal.
