Nah. He's should have learned that lesson by now. Spend the money needed on the best coordinators. Let Mario run the program and shuffle staff as long as he can recruit top 5 classes. I have to say the more I read on Mario the more I like it. Just because a coach has not been a Champion at one school doesn't mean he can't at the next. JJ was not all that successful at OSU. Cristobal knows Miami and it's culture. I would be ok with this hire.
