yeah I stopped paying attention to the pressers and bull**** coach speak. its all fluff. thats not necessarily with our crap football program but pretty much in all sports. you'll hear spo give the same **** as the eyes tell us the team is mediocre as ****. the talk is nice for fans but bull**** if the product doesn't reflect it.

Very, very true. It's totally coachspeak and fluff. Reporters are little more than note-takers and those with a clue are afraid to challenge the coach for fear of losing their seat at the table.

I mean, if he hadn't waited til a week before spring to have his staff finalized, there'd probably be fewer struggles with adjustments to the new schemes.

That and it’s not like they recruited with a specific scheme in mind. At TE he brought in 2 HS recruits and an 8th year Junior. In an Air Raid Offense the TE position is usually non existent.
