Sadly, he closed the barn door after the last horse got out.

There is no excuse the coaching failure we saw at SMU. We have a 12 win roster and a 7 win gameday coach. That's why the gambling oddsmakers set our over/under at 9.5 wins for the season.

But yes, the offense did open up significantly after being embarrassed at SMU.
