Mario built beautiful team and I think most if not all would agree this is a championship roster. Holes sure but we could & should be competing for a national title. Being a business owner that’s half the battle of having the right team!
But when you show complete disregard for the talents you assembled it strikes me as a manager skared to lose their job. Beck was paid handsomely. TRUST the staff and the team you assembled and let them loose. Either you do t trust your evaluations or you can stand to lose co trol and maybe the credit when it succeeds. We have to lines of scrimmage and the talent I fully believe. We have a coach and OCt that is holding us back. It’s rare to see but Mario is doing the impossible right before our eyes. Can he recover?
I think it takes a very honest friend/mentor to step in and show him the positives and negatives. Few things are more frustrating in business /sports than to have a talented team with unlimited potential but poor results 4 years in. Just a few weeks ago we were being discussed as the possible best team in football. That was not a mistake based on our results!
