My prediction is not about his W-L record, but based on the fact that the changing landscape of CFB is forcing changes on everyone, and they didn't get a big name for this position, and the fact that not playing in a conference CH GM limits them, I predict that ND will join a conference for football within 3 years from now.

Only had to wait 4 days to find out if they would get in. Also if he is your guy wait. A bad hire sets a team back more than two weeks of missed recruiting

I agree. This isn't a Larry Coker situation. He's a **** of a DC, is well-liked, hard working, and a recruiting machine.
