Zbrod I agree on SOME points such as if the officer tells you to do something just abide by it and don't resist.... At that point the individual is not even trying to defuse his self from an escalated situation... But I'm not going to sit here and act like the actions of some of the cops in America are justified with the way they target and treat monorities REGARDLESS how successful or unsuccessful they may be in life. Africans in America have a lower crime rate, lower murder rate, lower rape rate, higher education, lower unemployment rate, higher median household income, lower out of wedlock pregnancy rate. They are more successful and are blacker.

Caribbean blacks the same (but not to the degree as the Africans.)

And I said that when I first started and I'm a minority that grew in what used to be a small town in Northwest Broward and have never had a problem with the the police in the ENTIRE county. You guys don't realize that it's how you come off to them in general leads to how you're treated. Again you treat people with respect and you get respect back

What I find interesting is that Island Puerto Ricans are more successful than mainland Puerto Ricans. Difference is culture, as many mainland Puerto Ricans adopted African American culture. The mainland Puerto Rican is the laeast represented minority in medicine (lower than blacks), even though the island produces a ton of them. Culture.

I'm obviously a black American, young and educated and have never been in trouble with the police and fortunate enough to be raised the right way by my parents.

And hopefully you never will because of the way you were raised, now are there ******** in the PD?? Of course but there's ******** everywhere in the world but to say the police are terrorists and are out to hurt people is absolutely idiotic especially since it equates to branding the 99% because of the 1%.
