I still have night terrors about when Trestman was the OC for my Ravens & we went 5-11...

We only had 3 games the entire season where we scored 30 or more points, it was one of the worst offenses ever.

Yeah, I’m not sure what happened to bro b/c he was solid w/ The Canes & a CFL legend as a HC, but my guy’s offense was black & white TV worthy.

he's underperformed more than he should have.

however, I have had the chance to talk X's and O's with him a few years back. (well, more than a few, if I'm being honest).

I will say this: as a teacher of young QB's, he's pretty darn good.

He’s the quintessential Pro style coach, if you have a rookie NFL QB that you want to teach the the basic fundamentals of the West coast offense to sure, he’s fine.

If you want someone to run a modern up-tempo college offense, then he’s at the very bottom of the list of considerations, in fact, I would argue he shouldn’t even be on the list.
