He didn't need to do it but the democrats want open borders so he had no choice.

So how many miles of the border have you been to? I've been to 400 miles or so of the border I can tell this was a national emergency many years ago. I've walked into Mexico where there is no barrier. But none of the other ******** in charge for the past 40 years did much to stop it. They put up some BS fences that a 10 year old could climb. Almost every higher up liberal politician has called it a crisis at the border one time or another along with the conservative jags. Almost all of them voted for more fencing over the years but Trump asks for it they say no. Wake up!

First, it’s 94-412, not 94-112.

Second, the act doesn’t define what constitutes an emergency, so if you knew the first thing about statutory construction you wouldn’t make an ignorant statement like above.

But if you think the President’s constitutional responsibility to faithfully execute the laws is met by declaring a national emergency for something that the president says is NOT an emergency... well, you keep doing you.

After all the insults you have hurled, I’ll just offer you a little reminder: you’re not that smart, you’re not that successful, and you’re certainly not that important.
