The fact that you think judicial appointments are about putting a mushroom stamp on somebody’s forehead is sad.

Republicans used to be about rule of law and small government. Sad you support a wannabe Mussolini perverting our constitution with a contrived national emergency.

Your implication that the Left's only recourse are unelected activist judges rather than elected officials who put forward legislation for POTUS to enact.

Pick a favorite topic that supposed conservative judges (errr...I mean judges who actually READ the text of the Constitution) are cruelly keeping the progressive/left agenda down. Pick one, any one.

Then, lets debate why the Left just doesnt get legislation passed to end the debate and take it out of the hands of SCOTUS.

I'll wait. I'm going to get comfortable because ANYONE with a basic knowledge of civics KNOWS that Left/Right nut jobs CAN'T get legislation passed. EVER.

So, more often than the Right, the Left runs to Courts to just try and make **** up.

Maybe because they just basically make **** up and call it law?

PS...I'm not a Left/Right supporter...they are all idiots...perhaps starting with you, perhaps not.

I am however, an unapologetic supporter of the Constitution.

You should read it sometime. It's a real page turner.

I had a bright red 1980 vet when I lived in SF did the trick not in that class though. I use to drive around with my jeep with no doors on rt 1 to the beach all the time, chick magnet too. Actually met my wife on Rt1 in Ft lauderdale while driving it. lol
