No. You had plenty of time.
First mistake was wasting the last timeout. That's on the HC. Second mistake is the entire Offense loafing on the 3rd down wasting about 15 seconds. Time wasn't the issue. It was poor HC decision and execution.

this UNC team is really really bad....we came out to play from the beginning and this game isn't even close.
