Manny will be HC until season over

As long as the G5 coach is Bill Clark then I will be OK with that.

At this point there's only 2 weeks left in the season. 2 more games to go (VT and Duke), so it doesn't really matter if they fire him on Monday or the day after the season ends. It won't mean much of anything. Only the petulant fans are throwing tantrums because he's hasn't been fired yet.
 
Fire Blake! That is all that needs to be done immediately. Or make an announcement about Blake and/or Manny. Let him coach out the season but not the bowl. And have someone ready to roll by early signing day to carry a little momentum. But this is so underwhelming. Zero response after losing to FSU on Terri el coaching decisions and now having 5 losses? They should have made some announcement after the loss to MSU. This is Loooonnnngggg overdue and we deserve it as fans. Make an announcement about not coming back next year and let’s start the recovery process and antibiotic treatment to rid ourselves of this terrible infection.

I’m telling y’all this shot is a joke. Stop following the team I know it hurts but it’s torture to support this program. Step away, find another sport or a hobby. This **** is a joke, they don’t care. Why should we keep lining their pockets? Stop going to games, stop supporting, stop donating, stop buying merchandise. You’re wasting time and money, and we are all getting played.

I don't think Highsmith is taking any other AD jobs so no hurry in figuring out his deal. Neither Cristobal nor Kiffin is going to accept the job if offered tomorrow, both are going to wait on all the bids to come in at the end of the season because it will be a bidding war (I wouldn't be surprised if Texas fires Sark and makes an insane offer to someone). The rich people who will be footing the bill likely already know which coaches are going to be receptive to an offer.

Just seems like that’s the only logical explanation. The last two coaches got fired before the season ended. Seems like James has no real powers currently.

It’s foolish to believe the powers at be aren’t already working back channels if Manny truly is cooked. This all seems very procedural because James is first on the chopping block.
