Most of us have experienced people like that in the workplace and in our non-work personal lives. If you’ve had to deal with that type of weasel at any significant point in your career it just strikes a nerve man.

Clipping Blake’s the first part of the equation in solving the problem we have.

I think we’re going to need a really good AD if we are going to get a higher level Head Coach. No way any of them will come work for Blake, especially after this. That new AD is not going to want to be tied to a football coach hiring decision made by someone else anyhow so we really need to fix that first IMO.
