Harley is what he is - he's a bit limited. I just want him to be consistent. He's not a WR1 type of guy who gets 1200 yards and 10 TDs.

My expectation for him is to be dependable especially on 3rd downs, be a positive influence on the other guys and come up with huge catches if called upon.

At the clip he was going in the last 5 or 6 games of the season, he actually is a 1200 yards 10TDs kind of guy.

Yeah, good point and it requires him being consistent all year long. I'm hoping 2020 was a wake up call and he continues his progression through the spring.

Agreed. You can still be "limited" and put up those kinds of numbers in college with the right QB throwing to you and in the right system.

You don't have to be an elite level NFL talent to put up those kinds of receiving numbers in college anymore.
