He said on the First Team that he reads UM message boards. Was saying last week how the fans wanted Rick’s scalp.

It won't especially if Manny hires a couple stud recruits. The only name we have heard so far is Fedora and he is not a good recruiter.

But seriously, these guys were top not OCs before they got head coaching jobs. So good at their jobs that they got promoted. I don't care if they flamed out at HC, because we aren't hiring them for that position.

The purging needs to continue. Coaches gone now its time to get rid of the soft-shoulders, the mopes, the crybabies and betas in the locker room.

Nothing personal. Just business. Too many scholarships to too many guys who aren't, or ever were Miami caliber.

Until we dominate the Coastal year after year to the point of being an afterthought, we MUST focus on the Coastal, BUT we should NOT be satisfied with winning it. The Coastal is the stepping stone to an ACC title which is the top goal. Win the ACC and your in the CFP.

On a side note, if we could get our offense together, I think an ACC title could be had in 2019 because Clemson's defense won't be as good since they're losing all 4 starters on the D-Line plus 1senior sub that is starting in place of the suspended Dexter Lawrence. I expect their offense will carry them next year. We would need to be in a shootout to beat them.

We are not really disagreeing just wording it differently. Clearly I’m not saying we don’t need to win the Coastal, not play for the ACC and then hope the BCS computers vote us in. My point is that it should be an afterthought, not the goal we set out for each year. As I said even in our down years we should be dominating the Coastal. Even as bad as a year as we just had and the current challenges to our recruiting class, we should win the Coastal next year and play in the ACCCG. That’s the minimum expectation.

One of the funniest things about us possibly getting Fedora is that when we play UNC. Manny was fired by Mack and Fedora was fired by UNC so hopefully they run the score up on em.

I know UNC isn't enemy #1 but I live in the area and they remind so much of gators lol.

Fedora was known as a great recruiter when he was an assistant and a coordinator. He also got some really talented guys to UNC despite a never ending NCAA investigation.

Really? Dookies do to me, they have always been the arrogant ones around here. Having lived all over UNC fans remind me most of Michigan fans.

Could be. I certainly want them to take their time and get the right guy. There is a little dead period left, so they can do their due diligence.

I actually live in Durham and Dookies are almost non-existent here since it's such a small school so most recent grads in the area are UNC fans. I'm sure all of the ones elsewhere who have no connection to the school are insufferable, but UNC has major jorts energy haha
