Manny on ESPN

To be violent and aggressive we need a great OL coach which might ust be the most important hire in all this

Manny killed the interview. Violent offense, what? I have to caution myself, I felt very similar when Richt was hired. Manny is a numbers guy and the best way to judge an offense is evaluating offense production numbers. Here I go, getting excited about the program again.

I think we were all excited with Richt but me personally when Manny said he wanted to run a violent defense in 2015 that's what got me the most excited. Now he wants a violent offense? Oh boy

he understand miami. talking the youth football. that is the stuff that concerned me about babers, campbell, etc

Love his intensity in that interview. Complete 180 from Richt as far as that goes. He does understand the local youth football side of it, but as Desmond said, have to recruit nationally.

Solid interview..he knows what it will take to win. Desmond and Herbie made great points. Have to land great QB’s, recruit the position nationally. This will be the key. Hopefully all the crazy fans we have will see that we don’t have a QB on the roster today(maybe Williams) but who knows as Richt refused to play him...

And that may be the greatest thing about it. Your team takes on the personality of its leader. Diaz is not going to have that soft sh*t
