Manny was probably shocked by the decision.

Manny was hopeful, but he knew it was coming. You have to admire his working hard and recruiting up to the end. He wasn't the second coming of Jimmy Johnson, but he's a bright guy. Try showing a little appreciation and having as much dignity as Manny has shown.
