Manny Navvaro " the players hated Enos"

Agreed. I don't care if the guy is an ******* because I know I'm one too, but this idiot should not be calling plays anywhere! Such a disappointment!

Men respect ******** when they know their **** and lead a group to better performance.

But when you’re an arrogant, know-it-all prick, drowning in delusional hubris thumbing through soggy play sheets?

Yeah, mu ****ers turn on you REAL QUICK.

Or came to Miami from a winning program and was introduced to a QB room of jarren/N’Kosi, a oline that is bottom of power 5..2 headcases with more talent the a kid in Martell who came from a winning program..Enos was terrible but 2 things can be true at the same time..you saw how Enos got on jarren at the end of the half when that dumb *** tried to lateral the ball..doing the only thing that could cause a disaster..just boneheaded **** that would drive any sane coach to drink a whole fif..Ole boy tried to transfer last year..personally i thought he turned a corner..then rumors that he left the team in mid season this year and had to he talked to get his on straight..just terrible environment that continues in that QB room

Did you ever step back and think that maybe it was all related? Maybe the QB room became so disjointed and toxic because of the relationship with Enos? I am not looking to excuse anyone but I do think it is all related. The more that comes out, the more I think it must have been absolute he88 in that QB room. By the end of the end of the season, the situation was beyond repair.

It is absolutely related.

**** lingard. canes fans defending a dude dreaming about UF since october need to go find a new team

you can't take that headline seriously Those guys write anything to get people to open up the link

Navarro talks about Lingard likely going to UCF or UF because he will probably apply for a hardship waiver to play right away. His father has some legitimate health issues and he can apply for a waiver if he stays within 100 or 150 miles (IDK exactly the milage) of his family.

It’s a drastic change in coaching philosophy from Richt to Enos..Enos is the type of coach that won’t let a average/lazy rep slide without getting on you..numerous times perry of jarren did bonehead **** during games..scrambling outside the pocket and running out of bounds instead of throwing the ball away, bad reads, delay of games..and you would see enos absolutely chew them out. That’s drastically different then how you saw MR handle boneheaded plays on Gameday..some players can’t/don’t handle it well

Enos was grade A trash.

He had all spring and summer to see what he actually had and still rolled into the season with a delusional strategy.

He got the quarterbacks beat to **** even more than they would have been anyway and breaded a culture of failure in practice.

40 starts. That arrogant ******* had the audacity to pretend like what he was doing was just hard coaching and setting the bar high.

In reality it was just stubbornness and incompetence. Players take on the personality of their coach. Double reverse on the 10. Yeah bonehead coaching that begets bonehead plays on the field.

He made the locker room toxic with his own toxicity. Never earned the players trust and respect and it devolved into the abomination we witnessed.

Enos spent one year quarterback coaching a contender. He has experienced a lot more mediocrity than success. N’Kosi and Jarren may not be the answer at quarterback, but they weren’t the reason it went down in flames the way it did.

I agree. And I think it peaked between the Louisville and Duke games. Something happened that made those guys turn on Enos.

We need a staff full of no-nonsense ***-kickers with integrity. Manny has unqualified proteges on that defensive staff and to make up for it he tolerates a high level of immaturity from the athletes. Meanwhile the Enos' of the world get cast as the bad cop because he doesn't powder these young men. As long a Manny keeps Baker and puts himself and his friends before the best interest of the team you're going to see a lot of confusion and a lack of commitment.

Manny is the virus. The virus is Manny.

They do need that but Enos’ incompetent *** ain’t the one to do it.

Yea..but then I realized the QBs was a mess the year prior

Something happened between November 9th and November 23rd that caused the players to quit on Enos. And it wasn't just "bad playcalling". We were winning and you could see the energy from the players. Then all of a sudden we can't move the ball against Duke, FIU, and Louisiana Tech? B.S. We will probably never know, but it wouldn't surprise me if Enos did or said something out of line that led the players to say F this dude.

I agree. something was really off starting with the FIU game. One thing to remember is that Storm 18 class was very close. They came in connected, much like 2020 is coming in connected. Right around that time Hightower went into the portal. Cleveland had already left. Lingard was still sitting on the bench and everyone knew something was up. We watched walk on players get on the field ahead of Realus George and Lingard. IDK We've heard hints of all kinds of favoritism, etc . Maybe it all just came to a head in the prep for FIU. The team sure came in flat for that game....

I wonder how the players at Bama felt about him?

He only coached QBs. Tua, Hurts, the 3rd stringer. None of them have any personality. They are like robots and super competitive. I doubt they gave Enos any issues. It didn't seem like Enos made many, if any, personal connections at Bama.

He coached THE most singular important position on the team. No doubt he also coached up the O as a whole. They don’t just concentrate on that positional group and stay in the background.

Bamas players approach it as a business and understand the importance. Miami’s are wimps.

Shows you (a) what manny wants; (b) that manny is too much of a ***** to do what he wants as a leader. Leaks are natural. What’s unique about Manny is that the water that squirts out from the leaks is brown and smells bad.

These type leaks are not natural, you didnt see this type crap with shannon, nor uncle fester( although t b at **** is really the one who set this program way back), remember, it wasnt just rumph, than the stubblefield news and barry as well, as UM turns!

IDK, but I remember during the NC game Tua threw that pick 6, came to sideline, Enos said something to em', and Tua's body language was like "Get TF out my face".

And this was our HC's super secret, swear by my pinkie, OC pick ???!!..

Manny's stellar personnel evaluation skills on exhibit... that should enlighten us on his sure path to success as HC...

Where the **** do our ADs dig up this number of HC failures to lead our football program.... has to be a Hecht specialty... haven't heard of this level of leadership ineptitude anywhere else...

...not counting Phins, Browns or the Clippers of old.

Nick Saban also hired Enos and was furious when he left for Miami. Of course, Saban hasn't done anything special in the world of college football.
