Manny Navvaro " the players hated Enos"

All correct. Enos fared best with Brandon Allen, who is not the most talented guy but very sharp and essentially another coach on the field. Allen is still in the NFL with the Broncos and I expect he'll be a coach someday. During that season Enos could focus on particulars and not worry about knucklehead inevitability.

Then at Alabama he's got two highly rated quarterbacks who are good enough to star as true freshmen. That's simply a different level than Canes personnel in this era, whether we choose to accept it or not. I can almost guarantee Enos was shellshocked once he got into meetings and practices and fully absorbed the gap for the first time. Same thing was reported regarding the offensive line coach.

BTW, Enos did not chew out Jarren for lateraling the ball. He ran up to him and screamed, "Jarren...throw the ball." That play was a designed Hail Mary and actually evolved in extremely favorable fashion. Jarren got flushed right. The only defender in the area fell down. Jarren had plenty of time to settle behind the line of scrimmage and loft the Hail Mary wherever he desired.

Once he made the incredibly bonehead move to proceed beyond the line of scrimmage the remainder was mostly trivia. The lateral received overboard spotlight here compared to the meaningful variable of not throwing the football.
I agree with all this, but I don’t think it’s about talent. It’s about character and culture, which means EVALUATIONS. There are plenty of teams Enos could have gone to with less clash. What is off at Miami is the disjunction between attitude, self-awareness, talent and expectations. We have some kids who think they’re future pros, who think it’s easy, and who don’t know what it takes to get there. And we have a staph that doesn’t know, coddles them, hypes baubles and swag and also thinks it’s easy, and talk is enough. Overall not serious program, not serious culture.

If its True that coach diaz is actually running his mouth like that, that **** is just as girly as enos already. Who gives a ***** if the players didnt like em, the question should primarily be on can he coach. The one thing we do know, perry wasnt with that ****, lol. Coach diaz up here running his trap again like he's safe, that **** better not get fired again, he's violating man laws and coach laws, this just proves coach diaz is not the man to ressurrect UM football, we dont need a team with his soft *** mentality, i got an idea, instead of doing interviews and gossiping, how bout you grow some balls and see if you can regain team credibility.

Otherwise of course you'll have to keep touting and trying to hype up the new recruits coming in and now he's even hyping up the 2021 class, man, GTFOH with that. Here's a message to coach diaz:

You an me may not agree 100% on coach richt, but we agree on manny.

Here's why butch davis has success:

On November 18, 2016, Hawkins accepted an offer to become head coach of the UC Davis Aggies. He had been slated to serve as offensive coordinator at Florida International under Butch Davis when he was offered the position with the Aggies.[15]

These are the type of coaches that will thrive at UM, in the meantime coach diaz on live radio gossiping like that. If coach diaz was real, he would've took over the playcalling duties, pulled the o-line and runningbacks to the side and told them, tonite its on us, just call running plays, and than pass every now and than, and not let enos already do nothing but stand there. Both of them knew it was his last game, enos already was doing his best to milk the clock more than skip holtz was. Guys like butch davis and dan hawkins being relegated to the programs they are at is a crime in the college football word, but its also an indictment on this soft *** society being created. You already know flake james would only text or email coach hawkins, he'd be to scared to make any suggestions face to face.

The players couldn’t get the simplicity of Richt’s offense. Enos comes in with NFL concepts and the players cant comprehend that either. Yet you got Thomas jumping to the league where have of the offenses have more of what Enos was bringing to the table. The similarities between the two is the players lack football intelligence. That starts with recruiting and evaluating players while they are in high school. Players aren’t smart and the coaches cannot get the best out of them because they are unqualified to be in a position to lead and coach them

Manny can’t Lead.

The most important thing for a coach to have is the respect of his players, if there is no respect there will be no success

Enos could be the biggest ******* in the world but as long as his players respected him that’s all that matters, clearly therewas a disconnect

All of this is PR garbage. When Enos came in we heard "oh my, the QB study room is pathetic, they didnt even know how to watch film, Enos totally fixed that" Blah blah blah. Now, it's "the players hated Enos"

Either our players are extremely difficult (which may be) or the coaches have no clue what they are doing (which could be) or everything is leaked for PR reason (which could be) Or it could be all 3. It's probably that.

Exactly man, the news about coach rumph might not be back now he staying shouldnt have never come out as well, shows how many leaks are in the faucet!
Shows you (a) what manny wants; (b) that manny is too much of a ***** to do what he wants as a leader. Leaks are natural. What’s unique about Manny is that the water that squirts out from the leaks is brown and smells bad.

Kelvin said on the podcast that Lingard went to Manny and said he wasn't right ????? injury? healthy?
