Manny Navarro on transfers

Dumb statement. OSU fans want Schiano fired and Tenn fans put up such a stink about his hiring that his offer was rescinded.

That has nothing to do with us. Your comparing the Big Ten to the Acc coastal. Arguably the worst division in power 5 football. No one can convince me that a guy who once had Rutgers competing couldn't win this joke of a division with our talent.

This is what the fans wanted. Burn the program down every 3-4 years and wonder why no one respects the brand anymore.

Flew a banner for butch. On our way to firing our 2nd HC alumni. There's one constant in this decline and it's a fanbase of ******* idiots who couldn't manage a goldfish stand at the county fair.

Sure it is our fault. We have no power and almost no influence but it is our fault. Take that thing between your shoulders out of that hole God put where He split you, and try finding a random brain you can borrow. I used to write 5&6 digits checks to this place and never once did anyone ask my opinion about anything other than when the next check would come. It is not our fault, trust me.

@hughhoney really deleted all his posts on Page 1 because they were getting downvoted into oblivion.

Richt had the potential to be extremely successful here. His name carries weight in college football. He was viewed as a top coach and brilliant leader.

He was an alumni and welcomed back with open arms to Elevate the program. The university has bent over backward for him. Hiring his family, upping every assistants salary. **** they did the unimaginable and raised enough money for him to get the IPF built.

They built that with the support of many fans. Who have donated to the school and also showed back up at games to support this team like never before.

Everyone who cares about Miami or works for Miami has given Richt everything he could ask for.

What we wanted from him was simple. Results. Wins. Championships.

Well he hasn't delivered. This fan base didn't fail Richt he failed the fans.

His refusal to self-asses and adapt his system, surrounding himself with yes men and his inability to take responsibility for the issues on and off the field are going to end his time here prematurely. Not the Fans who just want Miami to succeed.

We've seen this act before and know how it ends. I won't continue to blindly support someone I don't respect. Because Miami is about winning Championships and Richt won't get us there.

Great comment.

It's almost like Richt doesn't care about winning the big one. I mean the fact that we even have to ask this question tells a lot. He's ok with just getting by but not being dominant enough to go head to head with the Saban's and Dabo's. The weak recruiting 2019 class says it all.

Idk what else this program can do to give him the tools needed to win. 4 L's every season but making quadruple the money of past coaches is fishy to me.

His downfall was reverting to Rosier because he’s a warrior who’s been thru many wars who gives us the best chance to win. That single decision alone put the program in an unrecoverable flat spin. Same record w a developing QB that may actually have upside...the fan base would have lived w some losses, the recruits would have lived w some losses, the lack of offensive game planning and 8 play playbook would not have been exposed. It’s like the old adage, Once you lose the trust of someone, it’s more than twice as hard to re-earn if you’re lucky. With his and TBs comments about the fan base not knowing football, and the goldenesque comments, I believe this regimes damage is beyond repair. As for a new OC. Will he fire TB and Dugans who are his Co-OCs? Will they take a demotion to get a new OC? Will he fire his son? I believe no, the players are the problem...irony here is we don’t even have offensive recruits to make O better in the future...the excuse becoming reality. And the fan base, which includes former players, and coach’s, don’t understand football...well, all these ignorant fans appear to have a better understanding of the big picture than these highly paid experts
