I love the approach. Fire all the coaches and bring in as many quality transfers as possible. QBs, WRs and OLs. Don't be afraid to scare anyone off. If they leave, that's their problem. We need to find out who can really play here and the only way to do that is by creating competition.

We doing that with the coaching staff too? Cause in the last 5 days I've heard we've hired 13 OCs...
 
I thought you were going to say hiring a scrub OC is still better than the second worse O we witnessed.

I agree with you, though. There needs to be new blood and competition on O.

Totally agree - enough kid gloves with the program. Let's get players in here and let the best man win. No more protecting feelings or letting favorites play "Malik gives us the best chance to win". We've talked about Greentree being the hardest place to play with the hardest competition blah blah blah... Obviously, by what we put out last year that wasn't the case. Hopefully, this is Manny trying to get that killer mentality back into the program. Hit stick, bust **** and if you can't play with us...GTFO
