He doesn't turn the entire house over in the offseason. Defensive staff, offensive staff, support staff, admins, everyone. There is little precedent in CFB to firing a HC after one season, but this guy needs to swallow his pride and realize that he whiffed in spectacular fashion on EVERY SINGLE hire he made. Otherwise, he'll be out of a job in 24 months and will be lucky to get a positional coaching gig at a group of 5 school. That's how bad it will be for him. Randy lasted 4 years, recruited at a fairly high level, won 9 games one season, and the best job he was able to get was LB coach at TCU. Al was here 5 years and is coaching TE's and LB's in the NFL. Manny was already a failed DC at one stint and a DC from a failed regime under Richt. Way more questions and I highly doubt anyone is going to want anything to do with him once he ultimately fails at Miami too.
