Manny is being lazy

Not sure how some fans can sit here and say this is a lazy hire. Do you not realize we are a 7-6 team.... We cannot go pick whatever OC in the country we want and hire them. Idk why so many people have such unrealistic expectations. They just ***** about everything. How can you ***** about an OC hire until you see how he does his first season? Every team is a different situation for play calling.

Dude that fact that Fedora and Applewhite are the first 2 names shows you how much he wants change. Those are big time play callers in the available pool of ones who don't have jobs or have smaller jobs as you aren't going to get an OC from a big program or one from the NFL. No one who isn't a troll can be mad about any of our hires so far or potential ones. Manny is beastin this thing so far.

I don't understand. Go back to the Richt debacle. Would it have been more fun for those of us against that hire to just go along with all the positive guys and see where the chips fall? Or, are we allowed to point out the massive red flags in the hiring of HC'S, to include their staffs?
 
With so many offensive system experts in this *****, it's incredible that we ever want for offensive knowledge on staff. I'm sure it was hard for you all to turn Manny down

Jokes aside. I’d be okay with Applewhite. He was a solid OC for Sumlin and Herman. Plus he should only help some getting players out of Texas. He’d be the best OC on paper we’ve hired in a long time.

Seriously, you don't believe that Manny, a longtime college football Defensive Coordinator, has an excellent idea who the best college football Offensive Coordinators are?

And your takeaway is that 'Liberty City El' has "compiled a list of 10 OC's", thus he has a better handle on this situation than Manny?

Further, Manny, who has always demonstrated a platinum standard work ethic is being lazy immediately after being appointed Miami's new head football coach.
