Those are not mutually exclusive, especially with the frailty of the egos of modern players. You need to have both quantity and quality.

Tate Martell is unlikely to get a waiver. One of those 3 (Jarren/N'Kosi/Weldon) will start this season. So there's a chance that 2 transfers but not all 3.
