Some of you guys fall for the same goofy **** with every new coach. It’s always the players and the culture and learning to win and pillars and connecting and spontaneous group hugs.

The players are mediocre and the culture sucks. But yeah, we just need to call different plays.

What do you think Saban, Swinney, or Meyer would do here? (1) Get different players, and (2) change the culture.

And on top of that.... how he threw Rousseau under the bus, (because he wasn't starting) by saying.... how he didn't show his spark in practice... only in games.....
Moral of the story.... when you buy cheap, you get cheap!! Thanks admin and Flake James.

saban's whole deal is buying recruits. clemson does the same. thats why they are loaded with 5 stars. yes they turn it into wins but
when you load up the way they do its easy

Obviously they woukd get elite players thats a fact....diaz is incapable of that so he wil be fired in 2-3 years..... and the next HC will have one of the worst rosters ever assembled for a UM team in 20 years.
 
Recruit savages thats how u change culture. Nate Webster would get kicked out of UM nowadays. Let alone he wouldnt even be recruited....diaz talks about changing culture but hes recruiting the same culture. Culture is about talent and savagery u cant have savage culture with bad players u just cant.
And they have to develop those savages

Mandy has already said he doesn’t want “stars and speed”.
 
Urban Meyer left Ohio State and assistant Ryan Day took over. How come no one is talking about Ryan having to “Learn on the job” or “build back the culture“ at Ohio State?

These TD rings and dancing on the sidelines is atrocious. Sure taunting and dancing back in the day worked because they dominated. Now these kids look like complete dopes just look who their leader is...

OSU provides the resources to win and pay kids also hand picked to help them hire the right guy. OSU is OSU they pay to win and if a a culture clean image guy took over they wouldnt pay for kids and turn into us.

We dont want to cheat cause of the culture change within the school
