Manny Diaz Show... wow

This is what happens when you turn over the reins to a major college iconic program to an analytics stats nerd. That stuff is nice for fantasy football dorks and fat slob degenerate gamblers with congealed blood slowly dribbling through their clogged arteries. But I don’t want to hear that pvssy **** gurgling from the mouth of a man charged with the duty of leading other men. My fcking men!

Leaders of men do not concern themselves with spontaneous acts of kindness. Anyway, if it’s truly spontaneous, you can’t coach it. So why bother with it? This dude is caught up in dabbling in some dog ****.

This isn't the thing to make fun of him about. I think there's only like three NFL teams that's don't have analytics guys. Today there are a bunch of stats that are charted by analytics guys, it's up to the head coach and team what to do with the data.
exactly, I think Belachick wipes his *** with his

I hoped, I really hoped this quote referred to Ivey’s “spontaneous reaction” (interception) to the “success of another teammate” (McCloud’s tip)... and not simply cheering for another teammate.

God ******* damnit.

Hate to break it to you but he was referring to the cheering. He was pointing out all the players that were celebrating and how Bandy was celebrating from across the field

Sorry

Yeah, I watched the clip and nearly jumped off my balcony.

He’s trying to change the culture of the team. I get that but holy ****, what a bad way to go about doing it.
He’s been a major part of the culture for 4 years. All this culture change bullshyt talk is ponderous, especially with a coach and several others who have been here 4 years now. Maybe they should have tried to instill a better overall culture during the previous 3 years.

he was apart of the defensive side at least. they've all seemed to be tight knit in his 3 years as a DC here. the O (def last year) seemed like a whole diff team compared to the D. either way, its manny's job to fix. if he doesnt, he cant blame anyone else but himself

Give me Yost as OC....and we're a 10-11 Win team in no time...Its imperative for a Rookie HC who's never been that at any level, to have above average Coordinators...Its suicidal not to....EVERY successful UM HC had a sideline slap full of Excellent Assistants...

Give it a fcking rest. If he was a real leader he would have united the team in some way. Instead, he always gets a pass for everything including his culturally superior defense quitting on him in what they thought was his final game here against Wisconsin.

Some of you guys fall for the same goofy **** with every new coach. It’s always the players and the culture and learning to win and pillars and connecting and spontaneous group hugs.

I cant wait till this piece of **** fake *** swag HC gets fired i will cheer for 8 hours till they hire Dan Enos then kill myself.
It’s really sad how completely unaware James and the BOD seem to be about basic management decision-making processes.

Their argument for having to hire Diaz without time to evaluate is like Nancy Pelosi saying we have to pass the ACA to find out what’s in it.

The problemisn’t the staff’s ability to coach, lead or set culture. They just have the wrong kids. Because Richt. It’ll all be magically fine when we have different kids.

He’s not a leader. Not a leader of men, or kids, or even a staff. So how do you go about trying to change a culture if you arent a leader of that culture? You come up with dumb ideas like rewarding celebrations like it’s akin to making plans. If anyone didn’t know already Manny was a complete fail who won’t succeed, they should now. He’s lost.

This bozo Manure actually spoke publicly about rewarding spontaneous celebrations as if making it known that rewarding spontaneous celebrations would have no affect on their spontaneity. He’s an imbecile caught up in a cyclone of fake analytics.

He’s doin research on the ‘Hawthorne Effect.’

If nothing else, we’ll see an increase in celebrations, probably correlated with an increase in missed tackles.

You must disagree with Gino DiMare, who said the baseball program needed a culture change. They immediately made it back to the postseason and have dominated recruiting under DiMare, who was on the staff as an assistant.
