Manny Diaz game management was horrible.

so you mean a guy that never HC had bad game managment ???? I'm SO SHOCKED gotta learn on the fly like every other first time coach.

We certainly weren’t an overly well-coached team tonight but it was the man’s very first head coaching game so you have to assume (hope) he grows into his new role as he gets more games under his belt.

Lol

Nothing wrong with his “game management”

In fact the fake punt was a perfect call and showed a ton of balls

His “game management” didn’t make us commit a billion penalties, miss a huge field goal and muff a punt

Game 1 monster openers are sloppy for most teams involved...Let alone with 18 and 19 years olds at both tackles and QB and the rest of the offense playing in a new system. Was surprised at how clean LSU Was last year actually.

Definitely needs to get batter, but not ready to label Diaz bad there just yet.

Williams needs to learn to not take a time out on a 3rd and 15, 20 etc... (Whatever it was) on his 4...Take the deal of game to the 2, you are running a dive or draw and punting on the next 2 downs anyway. And he should.

Can you give examples of what you mean by, “game mgmt”? Clock? Play-calls from his coordinators?

How so OP?

I get questioning Enos's performance tonight but what did Manny do as a HC that was so horrible?
hired Enos, who left a true freshman one on one with a player who he could not begin to block. Someone needs to see it and make an
adjustment

Zero to do with game management. Game preparedness and planning is another story. If Zion and Campbell are the best options - there wasn't enough work done to enable them to be successful or plan in place to back up their weaknesses. That's pre game ish though. What lost this game was inexperience, inattention and execution (cough - JT). Can't blame it all on Enos either. You're not drawing up plays that take time to develop, when your QB has no ******* time. He's gotta learn to give up on a play and chuck that ball. Dude took 10 freaking sacks.

Why is this guy learning to coach here??? If he needs to learn he should be doing it elsewhere. But then again, Miami hasn’t figured out how to run their football program since the early 90s.
