Mandy says we can’t see the good cultural changes

I could take some of this crap if the product on gamedays wasn't so pathetically dismal. This team could not compete with the teams of the 70s.

That's right, I said the 70s.

There is most certainly a culture problem, those chumps sitting out say as much. Still, it is your job to get those guys to not sit out the bowl game, injured players exempt of course. Obviously other things apply to culture, that's just the latest example. Mike Pinckney lost all of my respect with sitting out. Guy will be lucky to be drafted and every potential coach knows that and he just sat out leaving his friends/teammates high and dry. So long and goodbye.

Listening to Manny Diaz is like watching an episode of American Greed. The jig is pretty much up, but he's still telling lies and fighting the inevitable.

Manny seems to contradict himself if I am read this correctly. He claims to have made cultural changes, but it appears that the culture is preventing any changes from having an impact. So in essence he has done nothing except having the players jump up and down and dance on the sidelines. Great culture, we all saw the success of the under Willie T at F$U.

The only good cultural change I want to see is getting rid of the cancers on the staff.

I don't want to hear coaches blaming players. If the player is the problem, bench him and play the next guy, don't publicly bash your subordinates until you're giving them the boot.
He's not man enough to look in the mirror and admit he's a big part of the problem.
