The dude is a good cover corner, but the next time he turns his head to play the ball in pass coverage will be the first time.

He’s just begging for PI calls

its weird and its going to cost him at some point. Mike Jackson got an int saturday by turning his head at the right time

By rule, you don't have to turn around and find the ball in college.

If you watch him closely, he's really good at knocking the ball out of a WRs hands as he did against Ishmael in the endzone.

Young and Jackson should be the starters moving forward. I think they've both earned it.

He seems to be covering the best the other side has each week and doing it well. This team is nowhere near its ceiling yet. It is undefeated and yet to play close to its best game. That is very exciting. Nobody has any idea how good they can ultimately be. I can seem $$$ from bets with opposing fans once we get to the playoffs. I want some Bama money for my old age to go with the Cornhusker money I got spend in my 30's.

No one cares. He's the best cb in the conference- don't mess with whatever's working right now.

Bandy excels at this, as well. Its one of those things you can't teach and both of our guys just have it.

Young does need to start getting his head around though. That will come with confidence. He looks like an all-ACC candidate next 2 years.

I agree he will eventually get called for PI gets handsy a little early sometimes. But overall I could care less because he's locking everyone down

Thanks for creating a thread to discuss this. I would have had no idea otherwise. Good lookin out fam.

So you do care somewhat.

Not exactly as much as I wish he would turn around because I think he could have snagged a couple of INTs so far I'm ok with him just locking down. He does do a great job of watching the receiver touch it then he punches straight down the diamond. Idk what NFL DB used to do it but he would just watch the wr eyes and when they got big they would know the ball was coming and turn around or just wait to punch the ball out
