Malik Rosier

He had a 42% completion percentage today, but sadly it wasn't too far off from where he's been every other game this year. The most troubling play was that pick he threw at the 20 where he stared down his receiver (who was tightly covered), didn't see the safety sitting there at all, and threw the ball anyway right into the safety's hands (and it was under thrown, which wouldn't have even given the receiver a chance if the safety wasn't sitting there anyway!). That was at least a field goal attempt which would have stretched the lead to 14 and pretty much sealed the game. The inaccuracy is maddening. I hate to say it, but if Kaaya is the QB today we win by 21+ easily even with his statue looking self in the pocket. Are Sherriffs and Perry really that bad to where they can't complete more than 50% of their passes?

Its not that Perry hasn't progressed during the season, but as long as were winning why pull Rosier. Perry is redshirting and will not play a down this season nor should he. I would gladly sacrifice 1 year with Rosier to have 3-4 solid years with Perry.

We are winning until we don't. At this rate it's just a matter of time with Rosier. I don't really want to burn Perry's shirt, but we need to see our backups get some reps. If Rosier can't put together a complete game, he will not be the answer from this point on. He has made some plays, but his inaccuracy is the single biggest reason we can't get a lead in order to see the backup QBs. That will spell disaster at some point. I wouldn't be surprised if Shirreffs gets some
Meaningful snaps in practice this week. Rosier's leash is getting mighty short.

Long live Rosier... I got to see Shireffs in person today. That's all I needed to see.

OMG really, one series?? pick a series that Rosier looked good in... and how was Rosier first series today???

Sorry... I think he's bad. I'd rather see N'Kosi get some reps if we could ever get a real lead.

No...we can't throw away his redshirt especially with this Oline

That's a good point. That line was awful today. I was at the game and we were talking about that a good bit.
