After the Hurricanes loss versus the Purdue Boilermakers in the NCAA Tournament, where the Hurricanes fell short 79–69, there was a lot of emotion going into the locker room.

Malik Reneau was shown in the postgame presser tearing up, as it's his last game playing in his college career and as a Miami Hurricane. But as he was taking it all in, he decided he wanted to get some food for himself before he left the arena.

Nothing against grabbing some food and watching the games. Amazing season. But you just played poorly in a very winnable game.

Kid is paid by article or something, spams things that could be post and puts it behind click to read more..

The fact even commenting in post is bad even if negative because its looked at as "engagement"

I get what you're saying. I like to write articles that are different from what others do. I still write regular articles, but sometimes I enjoy doing something like this. It just makes the site more fun for me, and more free.

A Miami player at the concession stand after the game like it is little league is odd as ****. Reneau had a really good season for us, and if he wants to have some tenders after the game, cool -- but if he was wearing a different uni, it would be a tears thread highlight for sure.

An issue people have is that there are 14 articles for each game --- which makes it one for every basketball fan that posts here...

Yes, I talked to D about this. He said to handle it like I do for football. I know some people don’t like the spam, but CanesInsight is a forum site, so I get that spam can be annoying. I understand. However, I want to make this site a place where people come to read articles because some people might prefer reading the articles over the forums.

I just try to help out the site as much as I can, and try to make the articles pop more, then what they did a year or two ago. I know some people who like it, and some people who don't.

Keep doing what you’re doing man. You’re young and getting valuable experience from all of this if this is what you want to do in the future full time. Thank you for what you provide to the board

I commented his behavior at post game presser was kinda off putting it lightly but I dont want to keep bagging on the guy after it was said he is emo type player it seems.. Wish he played better but he did his thing this year overall. Hope his mental is in right place.

It was a fair observation. The dude had a year for us and we will always appreciate that. The board takes any commentary like you called their mother bad names --- definitely smart to keep an eye on these guys mentals.
