Im sure there are ways to defend the decision, the kid was obviously having the worst game of his career at UM, however that was an AMATURE MOVE by richt. AMATURE. Malik has gone 11-0. NEVER LOST A GAME and there has been plenty of magic surrounding a number of his wins. Barring injury, in our current qb situation, you let Malik take every snap of every game until he loses no questions asked. I am just totally blown that mark richt did that. thought we had a much steadier hand in the HC position.
Not saying that is why we lost the game (we were clearly dominated up front which is extremely concerning), but the decision is extremely bothersome to me.
