Smart 's killing UGA by staying around Bama for the bowl... It's not loyalty or principle, it's stupidity. If a kid can't even visit, they're done. How many more guys that committed to Richt at UGA do we have a legit shot at?

Smart is a DC. He more than likely wants to evaluate him before he decides that he wants him to still come, but I assume the kid ain't really with that and is going to get down with the U boys.

Ok. Do you think it's possible that Alabama either didn't have the kid on their radar or they weren't interested, otherwise Smart probably would have let him visit UGA???

I'm almost positive that Smart and Saban weren't looking at him to go to Bama and that's largely why Smart isn't tripping over himself to get him down to UGA.

My boy who coaches at Creek said that it's a very good possibility that he'll end up here. His family are huge Miami fans and Richt getting the job here is a big deal. He said he would call Miami the current front runner.

Bowden was the greatest closer in the history of college recruiting and it might not be close. He would go into the last day of recruiting with a class ranked at [URL=https://www.canesinsight.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=1]#1 8[/URL] and close with about 5-6 5*s and end up with the #1 class by lunch time. Smh. Nightmares about some of those years. Chuck Amato had alot to do with that too. If Richt has a corner of that kind of swag as it pertains to closing we are in GREAT GREAT shape.

That's one of the biggest myths of all time. Many of those kids were silent and Bobby would make them hold of till signing day to appear as though he was closing... Noles will even tell you this.

Young played with 2 higher ranked kids on his team in Victor and Mullen and Young was the best player this year.
 
Malek Young reminds me of Chavez Grant.

He's not quite explosive, but in the right scheme, the kid could contribute.
