It's been said on here a number of times that some on the BOT are still butthurt that Mario left Golden's staff to go to Alabama. I find it hard to believe that successful people with enough clout or money to be on the BOT of the University of Miami would hold a grudge like that but there have been many on here who have said the same thing.

I'm very interested to see how he does next year without Gilbert. That will tell me everything I need to know about whether he is a real guy or not. And if he's successful next season, the timing could work out perfectly for us to hire him after Manny is fired. If he wants to come home, that's hard to go against no matter how much of Oregon's money is on the table.
