I’ve got mad respect for OP sticking to his guns after what could be one of the dumbest threads ever started on this site.
U R Re-Tar-DidI dont care that Barkate went for over 1k at Duke last year. I worry that he will be the security blanket for Mensah. I think Vaughn, Moore and Jacobs are all better and more dynamic. Ideally, my WR starters are Mali, Vaughn, Moore as starters and Jacobs in 4 wide sets. I will never hope for an injury to any player, especially a Cane, but I think it would be better for the team if Barkate gets real comfy on the bench.
Kind of like Restrepo huh…**** those security blankets…I dont care that Barkate went for over 1k at Duke last year. I worry that he will be the security blanket for Mensah. Restrepo used to get talked about similarly by many around these parts and he broke every all-time receiving record at MiamiI’ve got mad respect for OP sticking to his guns after what could be one of the dumbest threads ever started on this site.
He white...shortened it for you.Shortened it for you
more like head in between cheeksI’m assuming he’s being tongue in cheek
Maybe better measurables, But Not better production! This isn't Madden football.Except I think we have better and he is in the way.
… I think those snaps should be up for a fair competition. Is what it is.
Love me a white boy wide out especially an All ACC one lolI dont care that Barkate went for over 1k at Duke last year. I worry that he will be the security blanket for Mensah. Because Barkate is coming in as Mensah’s guy. My worry is we anoint Number 18 as a starter, when numbers 3, 17, 8, 19 and 12 are all better. But 18 has the resume and familiarity. It sounds like it is a done deal in these replies, so I am already expecting Barkate to start. I just prefer more explosiveness in skill players.… and who says it won’t be up for a fair competition? I mean, why are you even worried about this?

Is this satire?
I agree with you 100%.The coaches need to play the best players so if bartake isnt one of them then he can sit. Just shows the depth Miami has at the position.

Did you say that about restrepo? Because his speed or lack there of was noticeable! But, still broke records and was all acc...like barkate is right now we have all acc wr's starting for us..and you want to bench him!!Because Barkate is coming in as Mensah’s guy. Are we going off of production, or raw potential? Yeah, there are going to be guys more physically talented than Barkate. There were many, many WRs that were physically more talented than Jerry Rice. Some dudes just run perfect routes, and when you have a QB that trusts a guy that runs perfect routes, because he can trust him to be where he is throwing the ball, they tend to get more passes thrown their way.I might be all the way on the short bus here and in need of a helmet to porst. That said, how convinced are you that Barkate is better than Moore
